A full website build for Pali Living, a Pacific Palisades–based real estate platform specializing in post-fire lot and property listings across the neighborhood's most sought-after streets. Built through Agent Image's hosting infrastructure, the design and majority of custom coding were handled entirely in-house — from visual identity and layout to custom HTML and CSS — crafted to feel clean and authoritative without losing the warmth the area demands.

The technical build includes a custom interactive map with hover areas tied to individual neighborhood zones, allowing users to navigate listings spatially rather than through a standard search interface alone. Particular attention was paid to SEO architecture and AI search optimization — structured content, semantic markup, and neighborhood-specific copy designed to surface the site across both traditional search and increasingly prevalent AI-driven discovery. The result is a site that functions as both a property tool and a community resource — one that meets buyers and sellers where they are.
