Named after the train line connecting Mila Degray's Florida hometown to New York City, Silver Meteor 98 marks her debut studio album — and the beginning of everything that came with it. The design system was developed to mirror that momentum: the upheaval of moving, of growing up, of staking a claim in the music industry. Motion, in every sense, was the brief.

The visual identity spans a full suite of deliverables — logotype and mark variations, album cover treatments, and vinyl and CD packaging mockups. The logotype draws on distressed, kinetic letterforms that feel caught mid-movement, while the image treatment layers photography with a blown-out, bleached quality that echoes the disorientation of transition. Every touchpoint was designed to feel cohesive: a system built not just for an album, but for an artist stepping into her own.
